All service charges are billed to principal employers under formal service agreements, in strict compliance with the ethical recruitment principles laid out in India's Emigration Act, 1983 and ILO Convention 181 on Private Employment Agencies. This is a non-negotiable operating principle for the agency, maintained continuously since 1984.
Candidates pay only for their own passport issuance, personal medical examinations where required by GCC authorities, and personal travel-related costs they choose to bear themselves. All recruitment-process costs — our fees, visa charges, employer-facing documentation — are the employer's responsibility.
