Indian Workforce for Poland & Romania

Arman Consultants supplies Indian skilled workforce to Polish and Romanian employers — the two fastest-growing destinations for Indian workforce within the European Union. As a Government of India licensed overseas recruitment agency (License No. 000140/BOM/PROP/1000+/3/436/84) operating since 1984, we have built dedicated visa-pathway, language-preparation, and qualification-mapping infrastructure for both markets.

Poland and Romania have emerged as the most accessible EU destinations for Indian workforce. Both countries combine strong structural labour demand in construction, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, and warehousing with simplified work-permit frameworks (Poland's Type A / Type D work permits, Romania's skilled-worker quotas through ANOFM and IGI). Sponsoring employers can bring workers on board on realistic timelines, with proportionate sponsorship cost and minimum language friction for unregulated trades.

For employers in both markets, the recurring challenge is reliable Indian-side sourcing — finding workers with documented trade skill, clean records, and the practical readiness for European workplace expectations. Our Poland-Romania desk has spent years refining sourcing for these specific destinations, with established document-attestation, embassy-liaison, and pre-departure orientation pipelines.

Poland Type A Work Permit. Issued by the voivode (regional governor) at the request of the sponsoring employer. Worker-specific, tied to a defined role and employer. Standard pathway for most construction, manufacturing, and hospitality workforce. Combined with national D-type visa for entry.

Poland Type D Work Permit / Pole's Card / Employer Statement (Oświadczenie). Simplified pathways for short-term and seasonal work. Used selectively where appropriate to the role.

Romania Skilled-Worker Quota (Aviz de muncă). Annual quota allocated through ANOFM; employer secures aviz de muncă (employment authorisation) from IGI, worker then applies for national visa (Type D) at Romanian Embassy. Standard pathway for construction, manufacturing, and hospitality.

Document & Apostille Handling. All worker documents (educational, trade, police clearance, medical) apostilled and translated to Polish or Romanian as required. Our team manages full document file preparation in coordination with sponsoring employers.

Why It Matters

Quality, Compliance & Speed — The Arman Difference

Poland & Romania Recruitment recruitment is not generic manpower supply. Each sector has its own certification expectations, its own technical standards, and its own pace. A worker who cannot perform on arrival costs you time, money, and credibility with your client. Our 40-plus-year track record exists because we treat sector specialism as fundamental, not optional.

Government-Licensed Status

Our recruitment licence (No: 000140/BOM/PROP/1000+/3/436/84) is issued directly by the Government of India Ministry of External Affairs. Every worker we deploy is recorded in the official emigration system, every visa is processed through legitimate channels, and every placement is fully documented. Unlicensed agencies expose employers to deportations, project disruption, and serious compliance risk — we eliminate that risk.

Sector Specialism

Our poland & romania recruitment recruitment is staffed by people who understand what they are recruiting for — the trades, the certifications, the technical vocabulary, the operator approval processes. This is the difference between a CV that looks right and a worker who actually performs on site.

Speed at Scale

Active candidate pools and established mobilisation procedures allow us to deliver bulk workforce on tight schedules without compromising our screening standards. Whether you need ten specialists or several hundred crew members, the same quality discipline applies.

FAQ

Common Questions

How long does Poland work-permit mobilisation take?

Standard Poland Type A pathway: 90–120 days from PO to landing, including voivode permit, document apostille, and embassy visa. Faster for seasonal or simplified pathways where applicable.

How does Romania's skilled-worker quota work?

Romania allocates an annual quota for non-EU skilled workers administered by ANOFM. Sponsoring employer secures aviz de muncă (employment authorisation) through IGI, worker then applies for national D-type visa at the Romanian Embassy in Mumbai. Standard timeline 100–140 days.

Do you handle Polish or Romanian language training?

Basic A1 Polish or Romanian language preparation is included in our pre-departure orientation. Most blue-collar roles in both markets operate in workplace English plus minimal local-language essentials.

What sectors have strongest demand in Poland and Romania?

Construction (residential, commercial, infrastructure), auto manufacturing (Volkswagen Poland, Stellantis Poland, Dacia Romania, Ford Romania), warehouse and logistics (Amazon, regional e-commerce), and hospitality (Warsaw, Krakow, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara hotels and F&B).

Do candidates pay any fees?

No. Arman Consultants does not collect placement fees from candidates. All charges billed to the principal employer per service agreement.
